Mediterranean Chopped Salad

Over the summer I made a Mediterranean Chopped Salad at work. It tasted fresh and just like summer. As I was told, by another person who tried my salad.

Mediterranean Chopped Salad is allergen and gluten free, however; people who are allergic to tomato and or critic acid won't be able to eat this Mediterranean Chopped Salad. (photo credit: L.K.G)

The salad contains Cucumber and Tomato with Parsley, Lemon Juice, Olive oil and Salt and Pepper. Since I made this salad in a large quality, you might not need to use as many ingredients as I did.

Serving size for one

Cucumber : You can use two cucumbers and chop them in circles or in half. Depending on the size of cucumber you might need more than two.

Tomato: 2 cups of baby tomato

Parsley: Use one parsley bunch. Chop off the larger stem of the parsley, you could either puck the leaves off the stem or chop the leaves and stem together.

Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoon

Olive oil: Use 2 tablespoons of Olive oil or enough to mix with your salad because you don't want to drown your salad with too much Olive oil.

Salt and Pepper: Seasoning depends on how much you want to use on your salad.

Sincerely,

L.K.G
