Mediterranean Chopped Salad

Image
O ver the summer I made a Mediterranean Chopped Salad at work. It tasted fresh and just like summer. As I was told, by another person who tried my salad. Mediterranean Chopped Salad is allergen and gluten free, however; people who are allergic to tomato and or critic acid won't be able to eat this Mediterranean Chopped Salad. (photo credit: L.K.G) The salad contains Cucumber and Tomato with Parsley, Lemon Juice, Olive oil and Salt and Pepper. Since I made this salad in a large quality, you might not need to use as many ingredients as I did. Serving size for one Cucumber : You can use two c ucumbers and chop them in circles or in half. Depending on the size of cucumber you might need more than two. Tomato: 2 cups of baby t omato Parsley: Use one parsley bunch. Chop off the larger stem of the parsley, you could either puck the leaves off the stem or chop the leaves and stem together. Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoon Olive oil: Use 2 tablespoons of Olive oil or enough to mix with your salad

Storytime: Flower's Seasonal Change

Image
A s the flower's change due to each season, we are also changing. As we grow and develop as years go by, we tend to learn more about the people around us and how to keep certain people in our inter circle that support us, are loyal and trustworthy, and like you for who you are. Even though you may not see them everyday, you know they are there when you need them. Or maybe when just message or call them to see how they are doing. You may or may not like the same things, but when you come together you create some type of harmony together.  Be aware of thorns, meaning that you need to be aware of the people you allow into your inner circle. And be aware of people you call a friend, because everyone is not your friend.   Photo Credit: LKG A s the flower's change due to each season, you are also changing. As you grow and develop as years go by. You learn how to love yourself, develop self-confidence and self-esteem. This does not happen in a day or year. This process tends to take s

Eliza Quan is the perfect candidate for editor in chief of her school paper. That is, until ex-jock Len DiMartile decides on a whim to run against her. Suddenly her vast qualifications mean squat because inexperienced Len—who is tall, handsome, and male—just seems more like a leader. When Eliza’s frustration spills out in a viral essay, she finds herself inspiring a feminist movement she never meant to start, caught between those who believe she’s a gender equality champion and others who think she’s simply crying misogyny. Amid this growing tension, the school asks Eliza and Len to work side by side to demonstrate civility. But as they get to know one another, Eliza feels increasingly trapped by a horrifying realization—she just might be falling for the face of the patriarchy himself. What's    Your    Story? Credit Website: https://www.istockphoto.com/ Photo Credit: Eva-Katalin Sometime last year a new coffee shop was being created around the area where I work. So this year on a cold, snowy Monday afternoon in March, I got off work early and I wanted a cappuccino. Thus, I decided to try out the new coffee shop which I found out was a Bistro when I walked inside. I like the Interior design of the Bistro. When I got my cappuccino, my first thought after I tasted it was I really missed going to Starbucks.  ( Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea blog post coming soon) Sorry, this post was late due my working schedule, I'm still going to post the Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea blog post. Thank you. When I finally walked into Starbucks to get my cappuccino. They were playing music. What type of music do you say? They were playing Jennie Solo, yep Jennie of Blackpink. I was like maybe that was a sign that I should have gone to Starbucks first instead of the Bistr
